I have had a kidney stone and the doctor advised me to drink plenty of water. If MJ does have a kidney stone and is dehydrated, he must not be drinking enough water. An x-ray can determine whether he has one or more kidney stones, and to date there's been no clarification of such a condition. Hypchondria is my diagnosis.
