He can't even do the "Jesus Juice" charge. He knows it. He will not survive prison. He either kills himself or runs. He wants to see if he will get acquitted first. There is a plan in place I bet, for him to go.

This is a capital case here. I genuinely believe it. Any guilty verdict, and prison sentence, and he dies.
