You really don't need a passport to get out of the country if you are rich. Michael could be stowed in a car and head into Mexico. We look harder at those getting in here, than those departing.

He could then go to Belize, and take a yacht anywhere in the world. The whole passport thing is a joke for anybody with a lot of money. There are ways around that.
