Geez. I have no idea. The alcohol charges, I thought, were NOT felonies. I believe that's just a slap on the wrist but was included to add weight to the molestation charges. I thought I heard that the molestation charges carry something like five year sentences, with the judge having the option of making them consecutive or concurrent.
