I don't understand why they have not been sequestered during deliberations. IMO it will be a miracle if he is convicted.
I've heard two theories -- CA is strapped for $$ and to house and feed them would be too costly. That's also the reason they will not dilberate passed 2:30 to avoid overtime, unless they're nearing a verdict. Another theory was that Melville promised them no sequestering at the onset. If ever a jury should be hidden from this ridiculous circus, this is definitely the one. MSM is doing their utmost to get positive slant to the jurors and now we have Geragos appearing on LKL live to hammer it home.
Thanks for the ping Howlin. Pundits are saying a quick verdict may be a not-guilty one and they just surpassed the OJ jury. I pray we won't hear anything anytime soon. If he's not convicted, than I'd settle for a hung jury and let Sneddon retry without the conspiracy charge. Keep that batty mother away from the stand.
