I think that he will be found Guilty and...... he will not be present during the reading of the verdict. Instead, he will be well on his way to some Country that will refuse to allow for his extradition.

I heard they asked him to be there within 10 minutes at all times now. Is there a weekend break? Is there any time for him to escape? What about if he is convicted? Is he taken away in cuffs right then?

The Jury will not be sequestered or deliberate over the weekend. If he has already planned for this, he should be able to escape.

If he is sitting in court when a guilty verdict comes in.........it's handcuffs and off to jail to await sentencing. Well, unless his lawyer gets the Judge to let him out pending appeal etc....and I seriously doubt that would happen.
