If there's a hung jury, do you think there will be a retrial?

He'll be found guilty but get off with probation and 2000 hours of community service work at a day care center.

Bet Jackson's flown the proverbial coop. Dad can't find him?

CNN said that Joe Jackson demanded to see his son, he walked around the court house, talked to Jackson's lawyer, then left after the deputies told him that they weren't holding him.
Randy Jackson came to court, is still there.

I'm feeling so nostalgic, I almost feel like calling him "Scaughty".
Since that's annoying, I won't. :)

Joe Jackson needs to check w/the umbrella man; where MJ goes, he goes.
To: bannie
Joe and Randy have shown up asking where Michael is so that they have an alibi. They KNOW he has flown the coop, and they don't want to get arrested as accomplices.
I actually think the whole dang family should go to jail, along with all of the employees of Neverland, Jackson's plastic surgeon, and his agent.
Jail them all, including the annoying Jackson spokespeople!
To: Lizarde
Evidently Mez is staying at the courthouse, waiting for the verdict.

German conspirators, who, along with Tito, Randy and LaToya want to strip him of his wealth should he be found guilty. Attorney Mark Geragos will support this claim on Larry King live tonight. You're so darned clever with fictional scenarios, it's hard to tell whether this is a serious possibility. Actually, if MJ is imprisoned, someone will have to become guardian of his children and major financial arrangements will have to be made immediately. The next big media buzz will be "Who Gets the Dough?" In fact, it started last weekend on one of those Hollywood gossip shows that fill the 7-8 time slots all over tv. "Will Prince Michael inherit a princely sum?"
