IMHO, these trolls do it for the attention. If he finds he is
ignored and his handiwork disappears
quietly (without comment), he'll soon give up and go away.
Otherwise, I can easily see him popping a bowl of popcorn to sit back and watch how he caused the FReepers to gab about him.
Just a thought.
