There are laws against cyberstalking aren't there? It's what it sounds like to me.
I have been wondering about this as well. It is a privately owned site. Is there a cyber equivalent of a restraining order? This creep has got to go.
Personally, I think it is a disgruntled former FReeper, not just a diseased lib lurker. This subhuman seems to familiar with patterns and thread types, not to mention FReepers, to be just a lurker. Were any old-timers banned around the time the bilge started appearing?
Good luck without that. If it's not directly commerce related, cybercrime is almost impossible to prosecute.
