I've read over the translations more than once and I honestly can't make much of them. I wish I could as I'm sure there is something there.

There have been quite a few Nato meetings in Turkey over the last six months or so. Don't know what they were about but I do know there are more coming up.

I'm at a loss trying to figure this one out. One possibility- it could mean something like:

stop Syria from (changing location of bomb casings,other materials, etc) and instead focus on getting the nuclear devices ready to go.
