were they all guilty? if you want to say its ok to shoot people if you think some of them are guilty then come out and say it. if you think they are all guilty then come out and say it. you and the people arguing this position here are being evasive. you want to link terrorism with the shootings, but you dont want to be clear about it, you want to leave it vague. have the guts to make a clear statement of your position to justify these events.

Ok, I will be clear about how I think of this issue.

As with the terrorists in Iraq, if you are an enemy combatant, and not in an official military uniform when captured, a battle-field execution is legally justified.
