Whatever.... Do you know how much 1 NVG (night vision goggle)cost? Moreover, it can only be used at night. It would take a lot of violations in order to recoup the money for 1 NVG. Furthermore, how about using it to get real criminals that tend to prowl at night vs. seat belt violators. LOL! Finally, if a person dumb enough not to wear a seat belt, why is the government so concerned with their personal safety? Answer: the government does not really care. This is nothing but a revenue generator. Just as police have certain quotas on the amount of tickets they have to write each month.
