It seems to me, as an Atheist, that only anti-theist bigots would be offended by someone daring to write what he believes. Some are motivated by secular philosophies some by theistic philosophies. So what? Are these bigots demanding that Christians hide their religion? Do they have the guts to come out and say what they really think: "I hate your religion and if I could, I would use the force of law to prevent you from practicing it."
Indeed the Christian Superior Officer would be more likely to rate his subordinants more fairly than say a freaking Muslim would.
If a Muslim cadet graduated as the top cadet, the MSM would be drooling over how wonderful it was that a Muslim had obtained this high position. There'd be articles in Newsweek, possibly even containing some truth. Female reporters would be swooning at their desks, sighing, "Oh, the diversity, the diversity!"
