Well, spend all money in pipes and sewer lines, make handouts to everyone, so all can live in the comfort of their lazing ways. With this, India's neighbours will be pleased and won't ever think of making an attack. So why not disband the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force et al? Who's going to attack a country with no military and all toilets and sewer lines? Whose grandfathers and grandmothers need a wall of safety around them?</sarcasm>
