The only thing Cornell University did right was the development of the Cayuga grape. Check out NY wineries that are based on Cayuga. Outstanding flavor. I rather like Bully Hill, Swedish Hill (also Goose Neck), Heron Hill and Hunt Country (to name a few).

Just overpriced here. It's not unusual to buy wine in France for $5 an buy the exact same bottle, year and all, for $100 here.

Economics 101, if you don't make money growing one crop you switch to a crop that makes money or get into a business that makes money. The Frenchies should stop producing wine and get out of the business altogether. Once TROP takes over it will be illegal to make alcoholic beverages according to Sharia.

As for myself, I don't drink piss in a bottle, no matter where it comes from.
