The socialist comentator on Greek TV is saying the primary purpose of the No vote was to express their desdain to Turkey joining the EU.

Also Chirac's TWO HOUR lecture seemed to have the OPPOSITE EFFECT.

The comentator is saying france and germany is not able to be leaders in the EU because they are passing through serious ecconomic cricees.
