When he ran for the Senate against Kennedy...

Speaking of the drunken senator from Mass., does anyone ever run against him?

Also, is there any truth to the rumors regarding Jerome Corsi running against the illegal senator from Mass. in 2008?

See my post #101 -- Mitt Romney (current governor of MA) ran against Kennedy (I forget the year). Most recently, a local black businessman named Jack E. Robinson (I kid you not) ran against him. The Republican party (such as it is in MA) ignored him. (He would have been vastly entertaining -- I loved hearing him on Howie Carr!) Kennedy routinely wins with about 70% of the vote. In addition to his formidable machine and the aura from JFK, I gather he has terrific constituent services -- you have a problem with Social Security or the VA or something, his staff gets right on it and gets results.
