Interesting....what are Axis II disorders? Take a gander at Psychiatric Disorders. Then scroll down to and click on "Axis II: Developmental Disorders and Personality Disorders" after reviewing the five Axes used in psychiatric evaluation and assessment. I found it with Google, but it appears to conform with what I have been taught as a Family Practitioner and my reading of the professional literature.

I do not believe in insanity as a defense. All the more reason to isolate that person from society.
