I just had an idea since earlier. Why can't someone grab the name www.marquettewarriors.com and market "Marquette Warriors" sweatshirts and paraphernalia so thousands of people can show up at games and events wearing the name THEY want (surely it's not copyrighted if it has been abandoned by Marquette). What are they going to do, keep them out?
