Funny how they never seem this outraged at abuse in American prisons, by prisoners on prisoners, for example. Not only might that actually scare kids into not getting into crime, but it might embarass some of these thugs...of course, now I've answered my own question about why they don't do that.

Yes, it is SO important to let this material out. It will be SO helpful to our war on terror, won't it, your honor?

Don't you think that if the journalists and judiciary came up with an idea that actually would HELP our side, they'd sit on it and not mention it to anyone?

I've made this point myself to no answer. If military police abusing prisoners under their control is national news, why isn't every case of police officers/prison guards abusing prisoners under their control national news?

Hell, I remember when the AG of CA was cracking jokes about how he hoped the head of Enron would be repeatedly raped in prison after being convicted...
