The Nuke option requires 51 votes. There are 55 Republicans in the Senate. 55 minus 7 does not equal 51. The infamous seven Republicans can vote for the nuclear option if they choose to. The agreement they made isn't legally binding, it's just a gentleman's agreement. Since the libs have already violated the spirit of the agreement, the seven should wake up and pull out of the deal.

Three of them.......including DeWine.......have already said they would vote for the Constitutional option. Now whether or not they actually meant it, who knows?
