Frist will not win on this one. I suspect the 7 Rinos are lined up with Voinovitch and will betray Frist. The WILL NOT vote for the nuclear option. Take that to the bank.

At the very least, they (the 7 traitors) will vote with the dems against some of Bush's Judicial nominees. Supreme Court appointees, likely.

Frist needs to take these 7 assholes,and tell them they will get nothing for their state and re- election if they do not fall in line.I'm sure their some mud on McCain to use against him especially.
