The Republicans have nothing to fear except for the apparent disappearance of their testicles.

The Eunuchs (Republicans) haven't the potential for success that God gave once gave mankind.

bah ! your probably right, your thinking more rationally than me at the moment.

I am just mad as hell and I want the Republicans to FIGHT !

I really believed there was a secret agreement made behind the scenes that let the democrats save face publicly in return for no more filibusters.

But that obviously is NOT the case and now i'm madder than a hornet!

It might take a few more years but with the democrat party swaying further to the left and the republican party attempting to replace what is now the democrat party we just may provide a viable option to the two corrupt parties we have now.

I better understand your original statement now. Unfortunately, for me at least, it doesn't quell the anger I have at the RINOs that are selling us out. If one didn't know better, you'd think they had lifetime appointments in their positions.
I think it will take more than a few years for the Conservatives to be more prominant, but I am with you in that desire.

Freepers are conservative, but not necessarily Republican.
I'm not one.

By party affiliation, I'd disagree, but by ideology within the party, I too consider myself Conservative(and that was with an upbringing in NY more than 4 decades ago).

You say that you belong to the "majority" party, and I have to wonder which one that is. Nationally, about 34% are Dems, 32% are GOP, and the rest are Independents.

I have to question where you get these numbers from.

Charles Krauthammer just said on FoxNews, that after tonight the Senate recesses until after Memorial Day, and Bush may make Bolton a recess appointment and his appointment will last until 2006.

I hope Bush will do it.

These people think that it great to have republicans in power. I guess they also endorse MASSIVE SPENDING, EXPANDED SOCIAL SPENDING, A CRAPPY EDUCATION POLICY, NO ENERGY POLICY, WEAK LEADERSHIP IN THE SENATE, FUNDING OUR ENEMIES ($50MM, THE LASTEST TO THE PALESTINE) CRAPPY NATIONAL SECURITY IN WHAT IS CALLED "HOMELAND SECURITY", OPEN BORDERS and the list goes on and on.

We hear about the "Rino 7"... hell, it took more than 7 to expand a prescription spending plan. It took more than 7 to pass the Kennedy Education Plan... They are all RINO's and these people refuse to open their eyes. They aren't conservatives, they are Republicans and these days "republicans suck"..

Limp wrist Graham has already announced that he won't vote for the option under any circumstances, and i'm pretty sure there are several others who won't either.

That is not correct. Graham and DeWine both have stated very strongly they will not hesitate to vote for the option.

You are correct in saying it was in danger of failing to pass on the planned vote on Tuesday, so it has been saved and one hopes tonight's stunt galvanized Republicans.

Our best choice would be to push for the election of a stronger President...one who could control the Democrats and give us justice....You could call for a vote of no confidence on President Bush.....

He's been our strongest supporter!

Here, Here---the globalists are behind this mess. Interesting thought regarding illegal aliens: Since Kennedy's Immigration Reform Act of 1965--there has been a concerted effort to "bring" in illegals into the US. For Business the reason is simple. Low wages and break-up of unions. For democrats, easy constituents.

What I don;t understand though, is why unions (what remains of them) don't call for a labor shut-down over the influx of illegals which dilute their wages?!

Can someone answer that question for me?

It's what we have to work with today. I'm not real good at it myself, but I try to force myself to "go with the flow" and grab a little success whenever possible. I'm not real happy with the "Compassionate Conservative" myself, but I still have to remind myself that it is better than the 8 years previous. Note my tagline for one example of my displeasure.
Some day soon we will prevail.

Kerry Outs Undercover Intelligence Agent in Bolton Hearing
C-SPAN 04/11/2005

There are only 99 legal US Senators,
and one illegal one, Hanoi Kerry

Don't be like the Silent Majority in the 60's and 70's
Demand Kerry be ousted from the US Senate!

There is no need to impeach Hanoi Kerry from the US Senate

He is there illegally!

WAKEUP AMERICA!

For those who "forgot" what Hanoi Kerry
did in the past read on and learn the truth.

Hanoi Kerry was still a USNR officer while he:
gave false hearsay testimony to Congress
negotiated with the enemy
helped the US lose a war
abetted in the deaths of millions
created a hostile environment for all servicemen

Why is Kerry still in the US Senate?
This is in violation of
U.S. Constitution Amendment 14 Sec 3

And the FBI has proof of his treason.

May 1970
Kerry and Julia traveled to Paris, France and met with Madame Nguyen Thi Binh, the Foreign Minister of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of Vietnam (PRG), the political wing of the Vietcong, and other Viet Cong and Communist Vietnamese representatives to the Paris peace talks, a trip he now calls a "fact-finding" mission.

(U.S. code 18 U.S.C. 953, declares it illegal for a U.S. citizen to go abroad and negotiate with a foreign power.)
