I am a danged good cook and prefer simple easy dishes to fix. When one is cooking for 10 or more at every meal- there is a need to keep things simple and tasty.
We have large gatherings of family/friends at our home sometimes. I use to stress out. LOL! My husband is excellent at preparing food, so I have learned to make ahead my dishes and he does the rest. whew. No more stressing over food for guests here. :)
