The writer is correct, islam is pure evil, and not of God! If you take the time to do a root word study of allah, you will find it is a god of the moon! The God I serve is a God of the universe. Also my God is a God of grace and forgiveness. Not so with islam!

Ms. Fallaci begins by identifying herself with one Master Cecco, the author of a heretical book who was burnt at the stake during the Inquisition seven centuries ago on account of his beliefs, and proceeds with a rigorous analysis of the burning of Troy and the creation of a Europe that, to her judgment, is no longer her familiar homeland but rather a place best called Eurabia, a soon-to-be colony of Islam (with Italy as its stronghold). Ms. Fallaci explores her ideas in historical, philosophical, moral, and political terms, courageously addressing taboo topics with sharp logic.
If I were this lady, I would write the court a letter and tell the judge and the court to go screw themselves. An Italian court has no jurisdiction over an American citizen living in the US. She has broken no US laws.
Here is a discussion of Hate Speech Laws from the first lawsuit on Fallachi's Rage and Pride. She beat that one. Let's hope she beats this one too.

Hate speech is a convenient means of enforcing political correctness,and supporting leftist and pro-Muslim causes, via selective enforcement.
1. It will focus a bright light on the cockeroaches that brought it.
2. It will bring a new audience to read her book.
3. Europe might actually have to face the evil in its midst. Now.
There is no way to be "offensive to Islam", because Islam isn't a personality.
In any case, I wholeheartedly agree -- "hate speech" is just a tool of the single party state advocates of the "left" (which is identical with the fascist "right"), and all such ninny laws have to be swept off the books. They are an obvious violation of the First Amendment. The First Amendment isn't protected by restricting speech.
