What I want to know is, how did all these activist judges get on the courts? There are majorities of republican appointees on almost every circuit. So the big question is, how dowe even know that even these Bush judges are going to uphold conservative ideals and get rid of abortion and the homosexual agenda. So, how do we know they are going to be good conservatives?
We need to make sure that the homosexual agenda is not advanced by the activist judges.
Because the presidents don't pay attention to what they are doing, and typically rely on "friends" to suggest nominees. Take Souter, for instance (please). Bush 41 got his name from John Sunnunu and he's turned into a disaster.
The same might happen if there is a Supreme Court opening in the next year or so. Bush might very well name Alberto Gonzales, because he's a friend. And Gonzales will be a disaster.
I doubt that Bush has the guts to name a Janice Rogers Brown to the SC. She's the kind of Justice that we need. About nine of them.

Correction ..... We need judges who can comprehend and rule on what the Constitution says. Not what he feels, not what international courts or other nations laws are. Certainly not what modern political trends might be.
