Expect to see cloture succeed on Owens / Brown / Pryor

Otherwise the DEMs of the 14 have reneged. And if a cloture vote fails on Myers or Bolton, the game is back on.

I agree that each nominee risks being rejected by failing to get a simple majority of the vote. That's the way it is supposed to work.

Why would a Myers or Bolton cloture violate the MOU? Bolton isn't up for judge so that's outisde the agreement. RATs declare Myers extreme and they are in compliance with MOU.
