Frist can simply refuse to move on to any other business until votes on ALL of the nominees are taken. If that means the Senate is in session continuously until the Government runs out of money on October 1, so be it.
I am starting to think that Frist is giving them enough rope to hang themselves! I seem to remember another gubmint shutdown the Pubbies initiated. That didn't go too well.
