Did Frist call for a vote on Owen today? I am SO confused!

The cloture vote on the Owen nomination was filed Thursday and I think it will be voted on around noon today.

Frist thinks we can get to a vote on Owens tomorrow.

Frist says the nuclear option is still on the table.

Reid says the nuclear option is gone.

Did Frist call for a vote on Owen today

Reid offered unanimous consent to vitiate (skip, as passed) the Cloture vote, and move to Owen.

Frist said, "No." But, either way, there is a vote on Own in the near future. Either by cloture, or by unanimous consent.
