Proving the point made earlier that McCain et al were not bamboozled by the 'Rats; they knew exactly what they were doing. They want to stop conservative judicial nominations without having to vote against them. Cowards!

Frist just let Graham know Frist is still majority leader. Let's face it this all goes back to usurpation of power, from Spector & the Judiciary Committee, Frist as Majority Leader and even to President Bush's right to name nominees without prior input from senators.
