Graham and Dewine would vote to end the filibuster (whether it violates the agreement or not) to bring the nominations to the floor--as Frist originally planned to do today. Then what was the point of them making this deal with the Dems??
The Dems will hold Graham and Dewine to this contract/agreement or hammer them as the party of liars

Do you think there is anything the democrats could do to "hurt" Graham if he decided they breached the agreement? It would only help him in his state. And Warner could flip because they don't even RUN a candidate against him, and he might be retiring.

I've said this from the beginning. The Pubs would make a phony 'deal' with the Dems to allow them to save face and fundraise--but we would still get up-and-down votes on anyone that comes out of the JC.
The Senate is a very exclusive, chummy club. But Frist was ready to pull the trigger and probably would have succeeded.
