I would like to know both legislatively and legally, if the agreement of these 14 parties really applies to the Republicans as a whole. Doesn't it need the Majority Leader behind it...it didn't sound like he was behind it.If it does, how so. Could someone send me rules on this. Thanks
The agreement is totally vague.
The agreement has no bearing on anyone except the signatores. Those 14 are holding the entire Senate hostage to their agreement because neither party can get the votes to do what they want without them. It's a math thing, not a legal thing.
