Compare this vote for cloture to last year and this can be seen how big a deal this is. Bush getting majority support in the senate is amazing in this environment.

Why are they even taking this vote? 14 Senators rule the Senate. Everyone else should just pack their bags and go home.Please.
This vote is to end the filibuster on Owen and it needs at least 60 votes. They have voted on it time and again before and now it is about to happen. Cheer up.
