Lately, politics does nothing but raise my blood pressure. Mega dittos and last night I swore I was going to give myself a reprieve for awhile since it was creating ulcers and uncontrollable mood swings. So where was I bright and early this morning? As I am almost most mornings, getting heart burn listening to the BS from the other side.

Right. So if the nuclear threat is all it takes, then we win. Results count. If we get votes on all seven, that's the bottom line.

They all basically agreed to invoke cloture on Owens. They're voting "aye" to do so.Thanks. I was beginning to think I woke up on that alternate universe we hear so much about.
I heard hildabeast vote yea. I wonder how many dimocraps had heart attacks when they heard that?

The dems are mostly voting aye because ... They believe Frist will invoke the nuclear option if, and only if, cloture doesn't pass.

I agree. No Money. That and face time on TV seem to be all that motivates these people.

If we get cloture we don't need the nuclear option until they refuse cloture next time. If cloture passes, we can't even light the Constitutional Nuclear Byrd firecracker.
