Why if. DO IT NOW. This is a fight, throw the first punch man. Any decent Leader of the Senate with a 55 to 45 advantage would have easily got rid of the filibuster if he wanted to. We need to get rid of the filibuster so all we need is 51 votes for a prolife judge for the SCOTUS.

From what I'm hearing you can't make any moves until they filibuster again, and then Frist says he'll "pull the trigger". Sounds to me like he's being as agressive as he can at the moment.

Boulder is beautiful. I live in Longmont. Much more conservative, as you know. I really love going down to Pearl Street Mall in the summer. My kids love to play in the fountain and we have lunch with their Daddy on Friday's. Sometimes you see creepy people, but for the most part, it's patroled pretty well.
