Ah! I see. So only 7 are "bound" to the agreement they signed. I'm glad to hear Frist is still willing to use the Constitutional Option when the RATS fail to bring the Judges up to a full vote. That makes the betrayal go down a little easier (very little).

Gee, I'm glad I did some house cleaning instead of waiting and waiting and waiting for the pubs to vote on SOMETHING, ANYTHING, just vote dang it!! I thought by now they would have voted already. Doing dish and laundry is a good relaxer when your blood pressure goes up! :)

It's starting all over again and people like DeWine have just put themselves a few months closer to their elective campaigns. They think this will go away? Ella, Frist has GOT to get back in control of this situation. I fear he's come very close to being badly damaged by all this.
I don't believe the slow deliberate pace we've seen from Frist will serve him at this junction. He needs to be ready to take off the gloves and put on the brass knuckles at the first indication of ANY back-tracking on the part of the Fickle Fourteen.

One time I watched a show on Discovery Channel about the moon.It said that every year, the Earth moves away from the moon (a result of normal rotation & gravity).
It also said the moon was the "controller" of our weather. IMHO, these "global warming" folks are just plain nuts! It's not Bush's fault, It's the moon!
