As suspicious as I am about this "deal" - I don't think we can fairly say that. While many 'rat Senators would consider the nomination of any Conservative as "extraordinary", we're likely going to get three good Court nominees out of this. And the Republicans have apparently not agreed to give up changing the rules if the Democrats persist in blocking qualified appointees. I think they just kicked the can down the road while allowing for a small Republican victory. It could be better - but it sure could be a hell of a lot worse.
