Yes but, when they take a cloture vote these people will vote for cloture, assuring the 60 votes necessary to cut off debate and the "Nuclear Constitutional Option" goes pfff!! It won't be necessary. Thus the judicial system will be controlled form the center, not the right or the left.
We are going to get our judges, so I am happy. McCain is taking credit for it, so I am outraged. We need to get this rule changed before the supreme court fight comes up. If we change it then, then the R's will really look like they are changing the rules in the middle of the game.
