I agree. Frist can still pull the trigger anytime he wants. What Rino is in this picture of idiots? McCain, Snowe, Warner, Dewine and the other liberal chic, whatzirname. That's 5? All this seems to do is wiggle the Dems so they can save face.
This is one of the biggest dog and pony shows I have ever seen.
All the traitor RINOS lined up like ducks. They shall be weeded out in the primary process.
This is an attempted end run around Frist. McCain is a lying horses butt. Like he'll be president. And they think WE are stupid.
This is simply a battle of wits between unarmed opponents.

"This is simply a battle of wits between unarmed opponents." Almost ... it appears that the Pubbies came to the conflict unarmed, while the democraps have been fully armed, dragging the Senate through their muck all along. Listen to Reid shove the Pubbies faces in the fecal stream of the democraps!

And they think WE are stupidNO, this is payback to Bush for whipping McCains sorry ass in the primary in 2000. McCain thinks he is the Chief Executive. Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that senators tell the executive who he can and can't appoint. It is up to the senate to dispose of the Executives nominations. This is HS.

Frist can still pull the trigger anytime he wants. No. The trigger is bound up in failure to obtain coture, or failure to obtain unanimous consent to vote on ANY nominee. The dysfunctional ones hold the trigger. Always have.
