John McCain, Robert C. Byrd, John Warner, Susan Collins, Olympia Snowe, Mike DeWine, Lindsey Graham, Lincoln Chafee, Ben Nelson, Mark Pryor, Ken Salazar, Mary Landrieu and Kent Conrad.
There is one more that I can't find.

Republican John McCain said the agreement avoids a "crisis" and pulls the body back from a "precipice." Democrat Robert Byrd of West Virginia thanked God for the moment. Joseph Lieberman said "the center held."
"The Senate is back in business," echoed Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., one of 14 senators who signed the two-page memorandum of agreement, which cited "mutual trust and confidence."
Democratic Leader Harry Reid of Nevada welcomed the agreement - although he hastened to say he remains opposed to some of the nominees who will now likely take seats on the appeals court.
"We have sent President George Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney and the radical right of the Republican party an undeniable message....the abuse of power will not be tolerated."
That's a "chit list" to behold.
BTW, do you know the approximate age of Judge Pickering?
" the two-page memorandum of agreement, which cited "mutual trust and confidence.""
Reminds me of the Ancient Chinese war story: Two prince's armies meet across the river from each other. The 1st prince tells the 2nd to cross the river so they can meet for battle. The 2nd prince complains, "no, you'll attack my men while crossing the river". The 1st prince replied "No, we are men of our word and must fight with honor on the field of battle. Your men may cross the river unmolested" The 2nd prince's army proceeds to cross the river and is promptly slaughterd before reaching the opposite bank.
who would have ever thought that Bob Byrd was a moderate democrat..
i always thought he was a radical far left wing wacko nut case....
McCain and Co. sold their souls to this devil..and sold all of us out along with it...
That's right. We ended the Lucifer lefties filibuster, and we got our right to vote on judges back. It's a win/win for Republicans.
First, we got what we wanted. We are going to get our judges.
Second, they now have to prove a judge is even more "extreme" than the three we're going to get right now in order to try another filibuster, because they accepted these. If they can't "prove" they're more extreme, we can call them for reneging on the deal, and resort back to the Constitutional option anyway. That was part of the agreement.
We get what we want either way, and no fascist liberal can stop us this time. The message to Bush is -Atta boy! God bless America. The Democrats abuse of power WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!
LIEberman?
