Announce Filibuster Compromise
Nevermind that the Democrats have had their Vulcan death grip on education in this country for 40 years.
"Clueless, you're just clueless and still angry that what I said about Keyes' ultimate vote tally was correct; though a bit high."
I love the smell of hypocrisy in the morning. You didn't "ping" me before talking about me. Funny that.
That President Bush, must sure be a wimp, huh? Cripes, he should really bitch slap that brother of his who's acting in what he thinks is the best interest of the state he governs. WOW. You want a dictatorship, but one of your choosing.
Try Cuba. Do a Castro. It's been 45 years.
So I take it you are opposed to drilling in the everglades. And you thought you will get me on ANWR. LOL! You Bushbots are hysterical.
But thanks for trying to make it appear that I did something I did not do. LOL
I am sorry Republicans are in charge of Congress for the past ten years, five of them under Bush. Which way do you think spending for entitlement programs should have gone senior?
LOLOL!!!
Thought I'd "get you?" Now you're being paranoid. Mine was not a trick question.
You answered my question, but then asked you're own, and I have replied.
LOL...you know a lot of the lines! :-)
LOL, indeed! :-)
YOUR question. NOT you're question.
The hour is late, but I am not sleepy, just too lazy to proof read before I hit POST.
I see you've gone to an amateur debate tactic, answer with a question. You've been outed as a troll and a fraud. Have a good evening.
Personally if you want to know the truth, I think spending should have been reduced or cut or plain eliminated. But, I'm not the President, and whatever I say will not have any bearing on what you think of this current President, beyond your disdain for everything under the sun you cannot stand about him. Your question is worthless to your whole overall argument son.
Did not mean to hijack this thread.
sometimes laughter is a good thing. :)
As you seem to know about this "ping first" thing, how does one go about it?
Do you post a comment with just the word "ping" in it to the person you are going to speak about?
Or do you send the word "ping" followed by a statement that you are about to talk about them and/or be derogatory or snotty about a comment they made, or whatever?
Or do you send the word "ping" to the person immediately followed by the "gossip", "snide remark", "sarcastic crack" etc. in reply to whatever it was that they said in their post?
What is the protocol here? As I've never in the many years I've freeped seen anyone do this, and it seems to be a rare if not never used "unwritten rule", I'm wondering how one would go about it, if anyone ever does. And your response is, as you seem in the know?
Try this one on for size...If you cannot say something to someone to their face, don't say it at all. That's the whole premise of "pinging" someone to your post. Many posts are borne on gossip or character assassination, and oftentimes that person is not pinged to defend their character.
"That is a CCP of a post I wrote to you! I pinged you; I had to.
But thanks for trying to make it appear that I did something I did not do. LOL"
Oh, I get it. The response or a comment to someone is the ping itself. So there is no need to ping unless 2 parties, one not being you are mentioning you, even if it is on a thread that you have made multiple comments on and are obviously reading. So, no other freepers are supposed to comments amongst themselves on statements you have made and/or the quality of them, unless they get the go ahead from you first. Very strange rule indeed.
Have a good evening?
Where are you?
It's morning in America, altho I'm about ready to say "good nite."
"That's the whole premise of "pinging" someone to your post. Many posts are borne on gossip or character assassination, and oftentimes that person is not pinged to defend their character."
In theory that seems logical. In practice, especially amongst Freepers, I've never seen someone "ping" before unloading. Have you?
