Can anyone tell me why Reed was picked as the read in deposition while Dean Logan's will be a homework assignment for the judge?
I suspect neither party will need to call Reed as a live witness. logan most assuradly will be called to testify about specific portions of his deposition. In either event, Logan's deposition will be a part of the trial record. It also saves time for the judge and the parties. Shouldn't read too much into it.
