I think we'll hold DeWine since he's up in '06. Collins & Snowe may think they can trade their votes for some help with the BRAC. I don't have a speculation on Hagel.
Hagel would be in deep trouble with his base if he votes against the GOP leadership.
Hagel is a McCain-handmaiden but cannot stray too far from his conservative Nebraska constituency. He's all talk with the MSM and then votes reliably conservative on the floor.
