Ya can't deport the illegals without an ever expanding program of IDinig.

This is simply not true. Do it like the guys who hunt bail jumpers:

1. Post a bond against "junk" accusations of being an illegal.

2. Give a reward for all illegals found.

The U.S. would be cleared of illegals VERY quickly.
