The only famous person I ever saw was Paul Rogers of Bad Co.

He was looking at guitars in Chuck Levine's store in DC and I walked right past him without knowing who he was.
My guitar player boyfriend of the time yanked me backwards so I could properly stare and be impressed.

Whatever.....;))

The entire casts of all the Gods & Generals/Gettysburg films were wandering around the town near where I live for months and although I drove by the building they were using as scenes for indoor shooting several times a week, I never once slowed down to see any of them.

I reckon I'm not a "Hollywood" type of person....:)

I saw a lot of Hollywood types when I lived in LA and Aspen, a couple I "talked to" before they became (in)famous but yeah, by and large the only way I could tell they were probably famous is when they 1) parked anywhere they wanted and where 2) tiny. Some of those dudes couldn't make 5'5" if they were put on the rack.

I think the one exception was the little known actress Susan Anton. Didn't have a lick of makeup on (that I could tell) and was almost as pretty as Mrs. Texan. Drop dead georgeous.

We get quite a few Hollyweird types around Austin these days but I'm clueless, think I'm out of the who's current loop.
