The one thing that couldn't be changed by plastic surgery is the distance between the eyes. That remains relatively constant. Morrison's eyes are VERY close together (less than one eye length). The other guy has quite widely spaced eyes - almost two complete eye lengths.

I think it's just an interesting coincidence (would this even be an issue if he didn't look anything like him? Probably his friends have been saying, "Did you know you look like . . . " for years. I have a friend who looks exactly like Phil Donahue - to the point that people used to come up to him on the street, even some acquaintances of Donahue mistook him for the real thing. (Now of course it's "Phil DonaWHO?")

Use a micrometer. Whoever those two guys are in Knittings side by sides are, they appear to have exactly the same eye spacing ratio. Messured from tear duct to tear duct, they are both just slightly closer together than the width of one eye. Add in the broken nose, 20+ years of cartilege growth in the nose tip and ears, similar jone bone structure, and 20+ years of wear and tear.

Could be, but I doubt it.
