They're supposed to be talking about Judge Owen today. My guess is the dems will be talking about the filibuster and the Repubs will stay on point by talking Owen.
Course it would be nice to see some actual RETORT from the Repubs. I get sick of the dems talking on and on and on w/ no rebuttal form the right.

Just saw Ben Nelson on Fox---he was talking about a compromise that would involve giving Bush the votes on these nominees, but the dems would retain the right to filibuster in "extroidinary" circumstances (read SCOTUS)--
but, when asked if that meant ALL of Bush's nominees that are up, he hesitated and said "we will see"---
They are just playing games, here
