Not only does Reid not have the votes, surely some pubbie is going to point out that they've been FILIBUSTERING these very judges they now say they'll let through. Shows their case is nothing but hot air.

Try to get the "non-controversial" judges approved and then you can claim that you were reasonable and it is the evil Pubs that want to get their extremist judges on board. It's essentially the Dems "compromise" proposal from last week. Glad to see that Frist ain't biting.
