After all that happened in Kosovo, it makes no sense, except that it sends a message that violence pays off.
I have Serb friends in Belgrade, I've traveled there for business at least once a year since 2001, and after listening to them and their friends describe their hatred for Bosnian muslims and ethnic Albanian muslims, I fully believe that when NATO leaves there will be renewed violence. Scary.
