Doesn't your computer have Google?
You might ask Smartaleck that since he's the one playing twenty medical questions here.
To answer you; yes, I have Google as well as a Tabor's Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary. Without looking at either I can tell you both that an aneurysm is an abnormal widening of a blood vessel and that 'dissection' in the context of a blood vessel refers to leaking of blood.
An aortic dissection may be associated with an aneurysm but there are a number of other causes for dissection not associated with an aneurysm. On the other hand an aortic aneurysm doesn't necessarily leak. My maternal grandfather had a huge aortic aneurysm that he used to like to get us grandkids to feel. It felt like it was about the size of a softball. His doc told him from the time he was sixty that he needed an operation. He always refused the surgery and died peacefully at ninety seven aneurysm intact.
